Job summary

Vortex Optics is seeking a Systems Analyst to partner with business units and IT to design, improve and support enterprise systems. You will translate needs into requirements, guide deployments and provide production support across functional areas.

You will work with vendors, perform root-cause analysis, ensure data integrity, and create clear documentation while aligning technical solutions with business goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience supporting enterprise systems and architecture.
• Strong knowledge of data and system processes and technology.
• Analytical mindset with initiative and technical aptitude.
• Expertise in writing SQL scripts to move, extract and report data.
• Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Assess system capabilities against business needs and prioritize improvements.
• Design, deploy and train on new systems and changes.
• Oversee initiatives to improve functionality and performance.
• Translate business requirements into functional specs and system designs.
• Create documentation of processes and data flows, and communicate status to stakeholders.
• Triage tickets, resolve issues, and work with 3rd party vendors.
