Job summary

Vortex Optics is seeking an IT Systems Analyst to partner with business units and IT to improve systems and processes from design to implementation. You’ll translate requirements into executable plans, support production, and guide system initiatives aligned with business needs.

The role focuses on system analysis, data integrity, and cross-functional collaboration, with responsibility for documentation and stakeholder communication. Onsite in Barneveld, WI.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience supporting enterprise systems and architecture.
• Deep knowledge of data and system processes and technology.
• Strong analytic mindset and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities
