Vortex Optics is seeking a Systems Analyst to join our Information Technology team in Barneveld, Wisconsin. You will partner with business units and IT to design, implement, and support systems that meet business needs.

The role emphasizes translating requirements into executable plans, improving data integrity, and collaborating with 3rd party vendors. The ideal candidate has 3+ years supporting enterprise systems, strong SQL skills, and experience with ERP/WMS/EDI/CRM tools.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience supporting enterprise systems and architecture.
• Detailed knowledge of data and system processes and technology.
• Strong analytical thinking and initiative.
• Experience writing SQL scripts to move, extract, and report on data.
• Ability to build relationships and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Assess system abilities/limitations against business needs.
• Design, deploy, and train for new systems and changes.
• Lead short- and long-term initiatives to improve system functionality and performance.
