JOB SUMMARY

Seeking a skilled Windows Server Administrator with expertise in Active Directory, virtualization, and technical support. Responsible for system setup, troubleshooting, and providing high-level support, including scripting and automation to improve processes.

Key Responsibilities

1. Manage and maintain Active Directory environments.
2. Develop automation scripts to streamline IT tasks.
3. Provide advanced technical support and troubleshooting.
4. Deliver personalized, high-quality tech support to application teams.
5. Set up and configure new systems, including servers.
6. Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.
7. Ensure security and compliance of systems.
8. Maintain documentation and generate performance reports.

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in Windows Server OS, Active Directory, and virtualization (VMware, Nutanix).
