Job summary

NBT is seeking a Systems Analyst to support banking processes, data files, and end-user problem resolution. You will analyze data, troubleshoot issues, and analyze requirements for system and workflow improvements.

This role leads moderate to larger projects, develops test plans, guides testing, and collaborates with cross-functional teams to implement enhancements while ensuring adherence to change controls and documentation standards.

Qualifications

• Associates degree with 2 years systems experience or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze system issues to determine business impact and corrective actions.
• Identify and define business requirements with users; develop system requirements and workflow impacts.
• Develop programs, queries, or extracts; perform system configuration and integration development; ensure change management standards.
