Responsibilities

• Carries out systems analysis and provides support for complex systems across departments.
• Creates and maintains high quality system, report, and interface test scripts.
• Serves as a customer liaison and provides technical support for systems issues.
• Documents design, testing, and maintenance procedures; ensures data integrity and DR readiness.
• Collaborates with IT professionals to integrate new systems with existing ones.
• Performs updates, patches, and upgrades; evaluates new technologies to improve efficiency.
