Job summary

Nicklaus Children's Hospital is seeking an Information Technology Business Analyst to bridge business needs with technical delivery. You will gather requirements, analyze processes, and propose technology solutions while supporting quality assurance activities.

You will also provide user support, troubleshoot issues, and contribute to successful adoption of new systems in a healthcare setting.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or 5+ years of relevant experience.
4-7 years of experience as an analyst in a healthcare facility or similar setting.
2-4 years of documenting requirements, building specs and IT project management.
2-4 years of stakeholder interaction, user support, and understanding complex systems.
2-4 years of testing web and mobile apps and performing QA functions.

Responsibilities

Plans, analyzes, coordinates, and serves as liaison for activities related to new business opportunities.
Researches developments in new technologies and analyzes business requirements for migrations and implementations.
Develops technical solutions and translates outcomes into functional and business solutions.
Escalates issues requiring deeper system changes and documents analysis.
Creates end-to-end test plans, executes them, and ensures objectives are met.
