Job summary

Cleveland Clinic Health System is seeking a Systems Analyst II - Financial Reporting to support enterprise project development and reporting from a remote work schedule of 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

The role requires residency in Florida, Ohio, or Nevada. You will complete routine support and assigned projects, help develop solutions, assist with documentation, and ensure technology capabilities align with business objectives while collaborating with Finance and IT teams.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in information technology, computer science or a related field with three years IT experience.
• Or High School Diploma/GED and five years of IT experience.
• Or Bachelor’s degree and one year of IT experience.
• Knowledge of Tableau and SQL.

Minimum qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:

• Associate’s degree in information technology, computer science or a related field and three years of experience in Information Technology with experience in applications development and support, end-user training, or equivalent experience in an operational or financial role utilizing the systems or data generated by the systems supported by this position
• OR High School Diploma/GED and five years of experience.
• OR Bachelor’s degree and one year of experience.

Preferred qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:

• Microsoft, CompTIA or equivalent certification
• Bachelor’s degree
• For Information Technology Division caregivers, ITIL Foundations certification
• Knowledge of Tableau and SQL
• Experience in IT and/or Finance
• Background in healthcare
• Background in EHR.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to perform work in a stationary position for extended periods.
• Ability to travel throughout the hospital system.
• Ability to operate a computer and other office equipment.
• Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information.
• In some locations, ability to move up to 20 lbs.
