Job summary

DISA Global Solutions is seeking a Senior Analyst, Business Integrations to analyze and support integrations between our platform and external ATS partners. You will translate requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria for engineering teams, focusing on scalable, reliable data exchange and standardized APIs.

You will define integration standards, maintain data mappings, and collaborate across discovery, development, and launch cycles to reduce customization and technical debt.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in MIS, Business Admin, CS, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 7+ years in business/integration analysis or related technical discipline.
• Experience with SaaS integrations and APIs.
• Strong REST/JSON/XML, authentication, webhooks, polling, and error handling.
• Ability to translate concepts to business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Experience with ATS, HR tech, or background screening.

Responsibilities

• Analyze integration processes to improve scalability, automation, reliability.
• Define evaluation criteria to standardize integration capabilities.
• Gather and maintain requirements for partner integrations and platform capabilities.
• Develop detailed API requirements for data exchanges, workflows, and related integration functionality.
• Translate partner capabilities into actionable user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with Engineering on API changes, observability improvements, and reliability enhancements.
