Job summary

Texas Children's seeks a Systems Analyst to review, analyze, and modify programming systems, including configuration, testing, debugging, and documentation. The position requires translating needs into specifications, identifying system requirements, and coordinating complex system implementations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED.
• 7 years of experience in computer science, business administration, healthcare administration, or nursing.
• Bachelor's degree preferred in Computer Science, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration or related field.
• Epic Cadence certification and experience preferred.

• Analyzes current business practices, user needs, and workflows.

Required:

EDUCATION OFFSET:

• Bachelor's degree substitutes for 4 years of work experience
• Master's degree substitutes for 2 years
• Up to 2 years of clinical patient care and/or clinical research experience may substitute for up to 2 years of information systems experience
• Epic Cadence certification and experience preferred
