Job summary
Mukilteo School District is seeking a Systems Analyst to provide Tier 2 support, administrative maintenance, and continuous improvement of district enterprise applications and systems. You will manage cloud and on-premises environments, including Microsoft 365, Google Workspace for Education, SharePoint, and SIS.
The role involves deployments, upgrades, integrations, training, documentation, and collaboration with vendors and stakeholders to ensure secure, reliable technology that supports
Qualifications
- Knowledge of AD, Entra ID, and identity management concepts.
- Experience with cloud-based apps: M365, SharePoint Online, Google Workspace or similar.
- Ability to develop admin automation scripts (PowerShell or equivalent).
- Experience with SIS, ERP, and other enterprise systems.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
Responsibilities
- Administer and support M365, Google Workspace, and other apps.
- Manage District SharePoint environment, permissions and configuration.
- Support enterprise apps including SIS, staff portal, library and business apps.
- Collaborate with service desk, tech staff, vendors to resolve issues.
- Develop user training and documentation for applications.
- Plan and support deployments, upgrades, and projects.
