Job summary

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of systems administration or desktop support.
• Hands-on experience with Windows and macOS devices.
• Experience administering Active Directory and Google Workspace.
• Familiar with Microsoft 365 administration and support.
• Experience with Chromebooks/iPads and device management.
• Familiar with Windows Server administration and patch management.
• Strong troubleshooting and incident-management skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service.
• Ability to prioritize multiple requests independently.

Responsibilities

• Monitor the health, availability, and performance of servers.
• Provide onsite and remote user support for faculty and staff.
• Perform scheduled Windows patching and maintenance.
• Manage endpoints, antivirus, and device inventory.
• Administer user accounts in AD and Google Workspace.
• Support backup, disaster recovery, and file restoration tasks.
• Support core applications like Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace.
• Coordinate with vendors and track equipment lifecycles.
