Job Location: Fairfax, Virginia, United States (Onsite/Offsite)

• Collect data and understand patterns, trends and development strategies.
• Provide assessment and improvement of company systems to ensure that a business works in efficient way.
• Provide management on Market Research.
• Perform systems analysis and define requirements and specification on Unified Communications, that includes Voice, Video, 911 and Computer Systems solutions.
• Identify areas of improvement and best practices with users, project team members or senior managers on new technologies and existing software/hardware platforms for organizational needs.
• Write up technical requirements and processes.
• Provide training and support to users and staff.
