Job summary

UPMC Health Plan is seeking an experienced Systems Analyst, Intermediate, to join our team in a hybrid role. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Power BI, SQL, Microsoft Power Platform (including Power Apps), SSIS, Snowflake, and query languages, with experience using Tableau and advanced Excel.

This position will analyze business and technical needs, develop and enhance reporting solutions, initiate and support technology projects, and partner with stakeholders to deliver

Qualifications

Experience analyzing business and technical needs.
Ability to develop and enhance reporting solutions and applications.
Hands-on problem solver able to build programs and dashboards.

Responsibilities

Complete documentation/flow charting of system builds and maintain team's existing documentation independently.
Validate current documentation.
Extract and document customer/business requirements for use by enterprise architecture and engineering teams.
Provide Level 1 and 2 support and assist with escalation.
Lead project tasks and milestones; update project management tools.
Take ownership of projects and demonstrate SDLC understanding.
Create test plans and validate testing for system integration.
