Job summary

UAP is seeking a Senior Data Analyst, Business Intelligence to advance our data culture and analytical capabilities. The role emphasizes building scalable analytics and partnering with teams across North America to drive data-driven decisions.

You will design and maintain the Power BI architecture, implement semantic models, and optimize data workflows using SQL, BigQuery, and Python, while upholding development standards and documentation.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Business Analytics, or related field.
• Minimum of five years of experience in data analysis or BI within a corporate environment.
• Strong expertise in Power BI including star schema modeling and DAX.
• Excellent SQL skills and experience with Google BigQuery.
• Solid proficiency in Python for analytics and automation.
• Ability to translate business challenges into structured analytical solutions and communicate in French and English.

Responsibilities

• Act as a strategic business partner to understand organizational challenges and define performance indicators.
• Translate business needs into analytical solutions—dashboards, datasets, and advanced analytics.
• Design, maintain, and optimize Power BI architecture with security and incremental refresh.
• Optimize data workflows using SQL, BigQuery, and Python for automation.
• Define BI development standards and document solutions for quality and sustainability.
• Plan BI initiatives based on value, ensuring timely delivery and strategic alignment.
