Job summary

Dexian is seeking a Senior Systems Analyst to join its Digital Platforms Technology team in a hybrid role in North Carolina. You will manage end‑to‑end delivery of digital initiatives, translating business needs into user stories, and coordinating across engineering, architecture, and QA teams.

You will analyze existing systems, document data flows, and drive solution design while ensuring alignment with business goals and governance processes.
