Job summary

Dexian is seeking a skilled backend engineer to design, develop, test, and maintain scalable enterprise applications and microservices. You will build backend services using Java, Python, Go, or Kotlin and work with Kubernetes in daily development and deployment activities.

You will follow CI/CD best practices, develop automated tests with TDD, and design RESTful APIs. You will collaborate across engineering, DevOps, QA, and product teams while communicating progress, challenges, and risks

Qualifications

• Backend development with Java or Python required.
• Experience with Go or Kotlin is a plus.
• Hands-on Node.js experience.
• Strong REST APIs, microservices, and distributed systems knowledge.
• Hands-on Kubernetes in development or production.
• Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines and software delivery best practices.
• Experience with Test-Driven Development (TDD) and automated testing.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
