Job summary

JSM Consulting Inc. seeks a senior business systems analyst to lead a team in gathering and analyzing requirements for a complex project. You will document BRD, SRS, business rules, traceability matrices, and workflows, coordinating across multiple stakeholders including development teams and business SMEs.

You will evaluate technical solutions, suggest process/design improvements, and use MS Visio to model workflows. Strong SQL skills to validate back-end data are required.

84 months experience leading a team of technical systems analysts in the gathering/analyzing of requirements for a complex project. Experience must include planning, eliciting, organizing and documenting business process requirements, encouraging stakeholders to resolve issues with design specifications, and evaluating technical solutions that have been implemented and suggesting technical process/design improvements.

• Extensive System Integration: Analyzing and bridging the gap between several diverse software systems, including legacy, cloud, and custom platforms.
• Large Data Structures: Querying and documenting complex data flows, data relationships, and high-volume data input/output.
