Job summary

JSM Consulting Inc. is seeking a skilled Business Analyst to elicit and analyze stakeholder needs, translating them into verified requirements for development. You will create and maintain artifacts, facilitate workshops, and support UAT to ensure successful delivery.

The role includes managing the requirements lifecycle, establishing baselines, and coordinating integration initiatives to ensure traceability and quality across projects. Strong communication and collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to elicit and analyze business needs and translate them into verified requirements.
• Experience turning needs into functional and non‑functional requirements for development.
• Ability to create and maintain artifacts like context diagrams, use cases, and wireframes.
• Experience facilitating requirement workshops and structured walkthroughs.
• Ability to develop test plans and coordinate User Acceptance Testing.
• Experience managing requirement baselines and change control throughout the lifecycle.
• Exposure to application and data integration initiatives.

Responsibilities
