Dexian seeks a Senior Systems Analyst to join its Digital Platforms Technology team in a hybrid role. You will interface between business analysis, technical solutioning, and project leadership to deliver end-to-end digital initiatives.

Job Description Position Summary The organization is seeking a Senior Systems Analyst to join its Digital Platforms Technology team. This hybrid role involves working at the intersection of business analysis, technical solutioning, and project leadership. The candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end delivery of digital initiatives, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring solutions meet business needs through analysis, documentation, and implementation.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements, use cases, and functional specifications.
• Analyze existing systems, workflows, and integrations to recommend scalable solutions aligned with business goals.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, system specifications, data flows, and process diagrams.
• Translate business needs into clear, actionable user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Support API analysis, data mapping, and integration design.
• Collaborate with engineering and architecture teams to ensure design feasibility and alignment.
• Participate in testing phases, including defect triage, validation, and production support.
• Communicate complex technical concepts effectively to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Lead end-to-end delivery of technology initiatives, defining scope, timelines, milestones, and roadmaps.
• Drive Agile ceremonies and manage dependencies, risks, issues, and escalations.
• Track and report on delivery progress, KPIs, and outcomes to stakeholders.
• Coordinate across multiple teams to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery.
• Facilitate decision-making and ensure adherence to SDLC, governance, and release management processes.

• Exposure to digital platforms or financial services domains.
• Understanding of modern development and delivery practices using structured enterprise problem-solving methodologies.
