You will work in agile teams to deliver robust backend services, RESTful APIs, and distributed systems, while implementing automated tests and CI/CD practices.

You will collaborate with product owners and architects to improve reliability, security, and performance, leveraging cloud-native tools and modern development workflows.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Experience designing, developing, and supporting software applications.
• Experience working within Agile software delivery teams.
• Experience developing applications using Java and the Spring ecosystem, including Spring Boot.
• Experience designing and building RESTful APIs and service-based architectures.
• Experience developing microservices and distributed applications.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and support software applications and services using modern engineering practices.
• Build and maintain scalable backend services, APIs, and integrations.
• Participate in solution design discussions and contribute to technical decisions that improve reliability, maintainability, and performance.
• Collaborate with product owners, architects, and fellow engineers to deliver business value through iterative software development.
• Develop automated unit, integration, and functional tests to support solution quality and stability.
• Troubleshoot production and non-production issues, identify root causes, and implement sustainable solutions.
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and support continuous delivery practices.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, design artifacts, and operational support materials.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Continuously improve engineering practices related to quality, security, reliability, observability, and maintainability.
• Identify risks, dependencies, and implementation approaches early in the refinement and design process.
• Support production systems and proactively address performance, reliability, and security concerns.
• Leverage modern engineering tools and AI-assisted development capabilities to improve productivity and solution quality.

Key Responsibilities

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience developing applications using Java and the Spring ecosystem, including Spring Boot.
• Experience designing and building RESTful APIs and service-based architectures.
• Experience developing microservices and distributed applications.
• Experience working with relational databases and data access frameworks.
• Experience implementing automated testing with modern testing frameworks and tools.
• Experience integrating applications through messaging, event-driven patterns, or asynchronous processing technologies.
• Experience working with source control, build automation, and CI/CD platforms.
• Familiarity with containerization and cloud-native development practices.
• Exposure to frontend technologies such as Angular, React, TypeScript, JavaScript, or similar frameworks.
• Understanding of secure software development practices and application security principles.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
