Job summary

Dexian seeks a Senior Systems Analyst to join its Digital Platforms Technology team in a hybrid role. You will interface between business analysis, technical solutioning, and project leadership to deliver end-to-end digital initiatives.

You will work with cross-functional teams to analyze, document, and implement solutions that meet business needs. You will translate requirements into user stories, support API design, data mapping, and integration patterns, and lead delivery with scope,

• Ability to manage risks, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document requirements, use cases, and functional specs.
• Analyze existing systems, workflows, and integrations for scalable solutions.
• Create and maintain technical docs, data flows, and diagrams.
• Translate business needs into user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Support API analysis, data mapping, and integration design.
• Collaborate with engineering and architecture teams for feasibility.
• Participate in testing phases, defect triage, and production support.
• Communicate complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
• Lead end-to-end delivery of technology initiatives with scope and milestones.
• Drive Agile ceremonies and manage risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Track delivery progress, KPIs, and outcomes for stakeholders.
• Coordinate across teams to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery.
• Facilitate SDLC governance and release management processes.
