Job summary

SHI International Corp. is seeking a Systems Administrator to maintain and secure our IT infrastructure, including user devices, servers, networks, and Microsoft 365 services. You will deploy software, manage patches, and support virtualization and cloud technologies to keep systems reliable and compliant.

You will partner with internal teams and vendors, document configurations, and respond to incidents with timely, professional support. Weekend flexibility and light lifting may be required.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in systems administration or related IT support role.
• Experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and networking.

Responsibilities

• Support and maintain Unified Endpoint Management (UEM) solutions for device configuration, software deployment, patching, and endpoint compliance.
• Administer and support Windows servers, Active Directory, Microsoft 365 services, and related infrastructure.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, access controls, groups, and system security settings.
• Monitor system health, performance, backups, alerts, and security events.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, endpoint, and application issues.
• Deploy software, updates, operating system patches, and configuration changes.
• Assist with cloud technologies, virtualization platforms, endpoint initiatives, infrastructure projects, and system migrations.
• Maintain technical documentation, support procedures, asset information, and knowledge base articles.
• Work with vendors and stakeholders to resolve issues and implement new technologies.
