Job summary

MANTECH is seeking a Systems Administrator in Doral, FL to join a mission-focused IT team. You will install, configure, and maintain enterprise servers and virtualization stacks, manage AD and policies, and support security baselines across networks.

The role requires DoD-related experience, strong documentation, and collaboration with engineers and leadership to ensure high system availability. A TS/SCI clearance is required for this position.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 7+ years in systems administration.
• Or a bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of relevant experience in IT.
• Or an associate’s degree with 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience administering Windows and Linux servers, AD, and VMs.
• Hands-on patch management and baseline configuration duties.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot enterprise servers and virtualized infra.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, AD structures, and group policies across networks.
• Perform patching, upgrades, and security diagnostics to ensure baseline compliance.
• Monitor performance, storage, and network services to prevent bottlenecks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and site leadership for high availability.
• Maintain configuration records, technical docs, and inventories.
• Recommend process improvements to enhance IT administration and efficiency.
