Green Bay Packaging is looking for a System Administrator to manage and maintain critical information systems and infrastructure that support business operations. You'll provide technical expertise in network administration, system support, and security to ensure system reliability.

Qualifications

• Two or four-year university degree or college diploma in computer science and/or two years equivalent work experience.
• Experience in resolving technical issues and troubleshooting skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Office 365.
• Excellent problem solving and communication skills.
• Comfortable working within a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure effectiveness of security solutions like firewalls and anti-virus solutions.
• Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot PC hardware and network devices.
• Provide user support for software applications.
• Manage servers and network incidents.
• Track and route incidents and document resolutions.
