Job summary

Family Services of Northeast Wisconsin is seeking a Network Administrator to maintain network infrastructure, servers, and core IT systems across multiple locations. This full-time, on-site role covers VPNs, server/SAN, and Microsoft 365, ensuring secure, high-performing services for onsite and remote staff at our Downtown Green Bay location.

Required 5–7+ years in IT infrastructure, a Associate's degree, and experience with Fortinet, Cisco, HPE hardware.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in computer science, information systems, or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Network infrastructure management and troubleshooting across sites.
• Manage Microsoft 365 services and security settings (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams).
• Support cybersecurity initiatives (MFA, endpoint protection, email security).
• Provide advanced IT support for escalated issues from the service desk.
