Job summary

CACI International seeks a Senior Systems Administrator to join our IT Infrastructure team in support of a mission-critical program. You will administer, configure, and manage servers, storage, virtualization, and network infrastructure to ensure availability, performance, and security of the environment.

The role requires an active Secret clearance, 5–10+ years in systems administration, and proven experience with Linux and Windows servers, virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V), and DoD/government

Qualifications

• Active Secret Clearance required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5-10+ years of relevant systems administration experience.
• Strong problem-solving and customer-facing communication skills.
• Extensive Linux and Windows server administration experience.
• Experience supporting U.S. government customers (DoD/IC).

Responsibilities

• Administer and manage IT infrastructure including servers, storage, virtualization platforms, and network connectivity.
• Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware/software infrastructure issues; provide system administration and security for assigned infrastructure.
• Apply security patches and OS upgrades to ensure security and integrity.
• Configure and deploy Windows and Linux servers and supporting infrastructure; maintain virtualization platforms.
• Maintain security controls and compliance; work with cybersecurity teams.
