Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience administering Coda, Notion, SharePoint, or similar platforms.
• Experience building workflows, databases, automations, and dashboards.
• Experience supporting end users and troubleshooting system issues.
• Experience managing user permissions, workspaces, and system configurations.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, policies, and standards.
• Manage Microsoft 365 permissions and workspace access.
• Develop and optimize business workflows, dashboards, and automations.
• Support end users and troubleshoot system issues as needed.
