The Whittier Trust Company is seeking a System Administrator in Newport Beach, CA. This is the sole IT role at the Newport office, reporting to the Senior Vice President, Director of Information Technology.

You will be the go-to for day-to-day IT, supporting a multi-site environment, managing Ivanti, Microsoft 365, and Azure, and driving small technical projects with the Technology team. This role offers strong growth potential.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of system administration or IT support experience.
• Experience administering Microsoft 365, Entra ID and Windows Server.
• Familiar with ITSM/help desk platforms and networking basics.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Aufgaben

• Provide end-user support via the Ivanti ticketing system and maintain the Ivanti platform.
• Maintain Newport office infrastructure: workstations, servers, switches, routers.
• Support Windows workstations and Azure servers, manage apps and security.
• Handle provisioning, onboarding/offboarding, and access control.
• Manage Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams) and Entra ID.
• Lead small technical projects and document systems and configurations.
