Job summary

DollarDays is seeking a Systems Administrator to support approximately 50 employees and keep our technology secure and reliable. You will administer Microsoft 365, Azure Hybrid AD, and Windows infrastructure while providing exceptional end-user support.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in IT, knowledge of Azure AD, Windows laptops, and basic networking, plus a strong customer-service mindset and a willingness to work onsite in Scottsdale, AZ.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in Systems Administration, IT Support, or similar role.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 and Windows environments.
• Knowledge of Azure AD or Hybrid AD.
• Experience deploying Windows laptops and hardware.
• Basic networking and troubleshooting.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Highly organized with attention to detail.
• Ability to work onsite Monday through Friday.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a secure, reliable technology environment for ~50 employees.
• Administer Microsoft 365, Azure AD, Windows infrastructure; support cloud initiatives.
• Support AWS environments and SaaS applications as needed.
• Deploy and maintain laptops, desktops, and peripherals.
• Manage servers (Windows and Linux) and network components.
• Provide day-to-day end-user support and issue resolution.
• Support cybersecurity tools, MFA, EDR, and firewall management.
• Assist with AI governance and security practices.
