DollarDays is seeking a Systems Administrator to join our IT Operations team in Scottsdale, onsite. You will manage Microsoft 365, Azure Hybrid AD, and Windows infrastructure, while delivering excellent end-user support for about 50 staff.

The role emphasizes ownership, problem solving, strong communication, and a collaborative approach to maintaining secure, efficient technology across the organization. Onsite work is required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in Systems Administration, IT Support, or similar technical role.
• Experience supporting Microsoft 365 and Windows environments.
• Knowledge of Azure Entra ID/Hybrid AD and device provisioning.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a secure, reliable technology environment for ~50 employees.
• Administer Microsoft 365, Azure AD, Windows and SaaS apps.
• Provide day-to-day hardware, software, and network troubleshooting.
• Support security tooling, MFA, EDR, and cybersecurity best practices.
• Assist with AI governance and future tech initiatives.
