Job description

cFocus Software seeks a Systems Administrator Lotus Domino, Journeyman to join our program supporting the US Navy. This position is on site in Norfolk, VA. This position requires a TS/SCI clearance.

Qualifications:

• Active TS/SCI clearance
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in Computer Science, Cyber Security, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, Mathematics, or Engineering.
• 5+ years of experience providing Tier I, II, and III Lotus Domino Systems Administrator services across enterprise hardware and software platforms.
• 5+ years of demonstrated experience working with Windows Server, MS Office, Symantec Endpoint, and other third-party tools.
• Experience supporting Information Assurance (IA) security procedures, including scanning and mitigation actions.
• Experience working with TeamStudio, Tomcat, JIRA, or similar software (e.g., SourceSafe, CVS).
• Demonstrated experience in software testing.
• Active DoD IAT II certification.
• Active Cloud certification.

Duties:

• Provide 24/7/365 Tier I through III Service Desk support to U.S. and Coalition/Allied users.
• Staff and manage the UARNOC and other government-designated Service Desk locations supporting the program across all non-classified and classified enclaves.
• Support real-time operations at UARNOC watch and other designated Service Desk locations, assisting deployed ships and shore-based users via telephone, chat, trouble ticketing systems, and email across all enclave instances, including SECREL.
• Provide system deployment and upgrade support for deployable non-classified and classified (including SECREL) systems.
