Job Title: Senior Systems Administrator Lotus Domino

cFocus Software seeks a Senior Systems Administrator specializing in Lotus Domino to join our program supporting the US Navy. This is an on-site position located in Norfolk, VA, requiring a TS/SCI clearance.

Qualifications:

• Active TS/SCI clearance
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cyber Security, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, Mathematics, or Engineering
• 10+ years of experience as a Lotus Domino Systems Administrator across enterprise hardware and software platforms
• 10+ years of experience with Windows Server, MS Office, Symantec Endpoint, and other third-party tools
• Experience supporting Information Assurance (IA) security procedures, including scanning and mitigation
• Experience with TeamStudio, Tomcat, JIRA, or similar software (SourceSafe, CVS)
• Experience in software testing
• Active DoD IAT II certification
• Active Cloud certification

Responsibilities:

• Provide 24/7/365 Tier I-III Service Desk support to U.S. and Coalition/Allied users
• Staff and manage the UARNOC and other government-designated Service Desk locations across all non-classified and classified enclaves
• Support UARNOC watch operations and other Service Desk locations, assisting deployed ships and shore-based users via telephone, chat, trouble ticketing systems, and email, including support for classified enclaves (SECREL)
• Support system deployment and upgrades for deployable non-classified and classified environments (including SECREL)
