Under general supervision of the Infrastructure Engineering Manager, this position supports the ITS-Infrastructure Engineering group and their interface with other campus systems and services. It provides analysis, modification, maintenance, installation, and design of AWS, Nutanix, VMWare, and workstation platforms and related services to support internal ITS staff and the user community. The role also maintains and supports assigned systems to ensure their availability, integrity, and reliability.
The lead collaborates with the director and managers to ensure service success and excellent customer service. Responsibilities include prioritizing and assigning daily work, handling escalations, and incident response.

Anticipated Hiring Range: $98,000 - $115,000 per year
Classification Range: $61,896 - $152,760 per year
