Under general supervision of the Infrastructure Engineering Manager, this position supports the ITS-Infrastructure Engineering group and their interface with other campus systems and services. Responsibilities include providing network infrastructure analysis, modification, maintenance, installation, and design. The role interfaces with internal ITS staff and the user community, designing and supporting enterprise-level routers, switches, firewalls, access points, wireless controllers, and related infrastructure. Maintains and supports assigned systems to ensure availability, integrity, and reliability.
