• Install, configure, and support server software, OS, hardware, and storage infrastructure.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, optimize, and maintain a stable, highly available server environment.
• Document system configurations and procedures; ensure change control and quality standards.
• Collaborate with vendors and staff; train and supervise a small team; report clearly on technical matters.
