Qualifications

• 3–6 years of IT systems administration experience.
• Experience with Windows Server environments and Active Directory preferred.
• Experience with virtualization and cloud technologies a plus.
• Strong troubleshooting and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support virtual infrastructure platforms, including VM provisioning and monitoring.
• Manage Azure resources, VMs, storage, identities, and hybrid cloud services.
• Administer automation and AI platforms per security standards.
• Maintain Windows Server environments and related infrastructure.
• Manage Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, and Group Policy.
• Perform patch management and system maintenance.
• Monitor systems and resolve operational issues.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement long-term fixes.
• Support storage, backups, and recovery processes.
• Participate in upgrades, migrations, and technology refresh projects.
• Document configurations and support procedures.
• Collaborate across IT teams and mentor junior staff.
• Coordinate with vendors on maintenance and upgrades.
• Ensure compliance with security standards and change management.
• Complete IT and security training.
