Qualifications

• Associate degree in IT or related field required; certs preferred.
• Experience leading IT support operations and service delivery.
• Strong knowledge of IT support operations and enterprise environments.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily IT support operations, ticket queues, and service delivery.
• Coach and develop support staff for growth and performance.
• Oversee endpoint management and device administration.
• Coordinate with infrastructure, cybersecurity, and business teams.
• Establish and enforce maintenance programs and knowledge bases.
