Ozarks Electric Cooperative Corporation is seeking a Systems Administrator II to manage virtual infrastructures, Azure resources, and hybrid identity solutions. The role emphasizes strong troubleshooting, documentation, and collaboration across IT teams.

The position requires a solid foundation in Windows Server, Active Directory, and PowerShell, with experience in virtualization and security best practices. Office-based, on-site work in Northwest Arkansas is expected.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent in IT/CS or related field.
• Certifications such as A+, Network+, Security+ or AZ-900/MS-900 are required.
• AZ-104/AZ-800/801 or VCP and related certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support virtual infrastructure platforms, including VM provisioning and lifecycle management.
• Support Azure infrastructure resources and hybrid cloud environments.
• Administer Windows Server environments and Active Directory.
• Perform patching, monitoring, and performance optimization.
• Document systems and standard operating procedures; mentor junior staff.
