Job summary

Take-Two Interactive Software, Inc. is seeking a mid-level Systems Engineer II to support and optimize our enterprise data pipeline and monitoring infrastructure in Austin.

You will serve as a primary administrator for a powerful tool suite, ensuring data flows smoothly and users have access where needed. Responsibilities include platform onboarding, alerting, and dashboarding across Splunk, Cribl, Datadog, and Grafana, with day-to-day CLI governance and data source troubleshooting.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience administering enterprise software platforms, monitoring tools, or data systems.
• CLI proficiency and SQL familiarity for data manipulation.
• Experience managing user roles, permissions (RBAC) and access policies in SaaS/enterprise environments.

Responsibilities

• Administer monitoring ecosystem across Splunk, Datadog, Cribl, and Grafana.
• Write queries to build alerts and dashboards and monitor data integrity.
• Troubleshoot agents, configurations, and day-to-day platform maintenance via CLI.
