Job summary
STLRecruit's client in Kansas City is seeking a hands-on Systems Administrator to maintain the site's technology infrastructure, including Windows desktops/servers, Azure, Intune, RDS, DNS/DHCP, AD, GPO, virtualization, backups, and security. The ideal candidate has 2+ years of IT experience, strong troubleshooting, and clear communication.
You will support end users across a fast-paced manufacturing setting, managing multiple priorities while delivering reliable IT service and security.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of systems administration or IT support experience.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows desktop and server environments.
- Experience with Azure/Entra ID, Active Directory, networking, and virtualization.
- Experience supporting multi-site manufacturing operations and IT ticketing systems.
Responsibilities
- Install, configure, maintain, troubleshoot, and support hardware and software.
- Manage AD, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, virtualization, and backup/recovery.
- Administer Microsoft Intune/MDM, Remote Desktop Services, and network connectivity.
- Provide exceptional end-user support in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
