Job summary

Resolution Technologies, Inc. is seeking an Endpoint Administrator to ensure the reliable operation of MS Intune, Entra ID, and Endpoint Configuration Manager across devices and platforms.

You will build and deliver application packages, manage escalations, administer Azure services, mentor support staff, and provide KPIs to leadership. The role emphasizes strong communication and customer service in a large IT environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field and 3+ years of progressive, professional-level analyst and systems experience in a large-scale IT environment, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Proven experience with Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Azure Administration, and Active Directory.
• Knowledge of Windows/macOS/iOS/Android server environments and M365 ecosystem.
• Experience with ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow) and ticketing workflows.
• Strong communication, customer service, and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Build and deliver application packages in Intune Endpoint Manager.
• Manage and coordinate urgent and complicated support issues, acting as the highest escalation point.
• Administer and manage mobile devices, laptops, Azure, and the Azure Admin portal.
• Develop methodologies and escalation processes to ensure proper information flow.
• Train, coach, and mentor support staff, including creating training materials and how-to videos.
• Interact professionally with internal and external customers.
• Provide data and reporting of KPIs and trends weekly, monthly, and as needed.
• Maintain an effective framework for managing and improving customer IT support.
• Advise management on escalated incidents, identified trends, and systemic enhancement recommendations.

Endpoint Administrator (MS Intune & Entra ID)The primary responsibilities of this position are to provide maintenance, configuration, and reliable operation of the endpoint and Mobile Architecture systems. These systems include but are not limited to: MS Intune, Azure AD/Entra ID, and MS Endpoint Configuration Manager. This position is also responsible for researching new technology and developing a roadmap of the future direction of all End User Support systems to continuously improve and keep up with business and IT needs.
