Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in CS or related field.
• Identity & Access Management experience across AD/Entra ID with SSO/federation protocols.
• Experience administering Exchange and Microsoft 365 campus-wide.
• Experience with Linux, Windows, Proxmox, and related Microsoft server technologies.
• Familiarity with Kubernetes and modern infrastructure platforms.

Responsibilities

• Administer IAM lifecycle across Active Directory and Entra ID, provisioning and deprovisioning.
• Administer Exchange and Microsoft 365, including mail flow and licensing.
• Build out and maintain Kubernetes environment (Rancher, GitLab, CI/CD, Helm, Longhorn).
• Implement security measures, backups, and disaster recovery for mission-critical systems.
• Provide technical leadership and support to IT staff and campus departments.
