Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years as a Systems Administrator.
• Experience with Windows 2008/2012 and AD, DNS, DHCP.
• MCSA certification preferred but not required.
• Experience with Citrix XenApp or VMware ESXi preferred.
• Able to meet established deliverable dates and project schedules.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide rotating server environment support and troubleshoot issues.
• Monitor server performance and report to management.
• Analyze, diagnose, and resolve complex problems.
• Apply security patches to servers and manage access.
• Maintain hardware asset inventories.
• Train helpdesk staff on server issues.
• Coordinate with development to provision servers.
• Prepare documentation and procedures for server software.
• Assist with business continuity and disaster recovery plans.
