Job summary

Sea Mar Community Health Centers, a Federally Qualified Health Center, is hiring a System Administrator II to manage servers, databases, SAN/NAS, and related infrastructure. The role requires strong expertise in Windows Server, Active Directory, SQL Server, VMware, and cloud services (Azure/365).

Qualifications

3–5 years demonstrated experience as a System Administrator.
Windows Server with emphasis on Active Directory.
Experience with SQL Server databases.
Experience with VMware and hyper-converged solutions.
Microsoft Azure/365 certifications (MCSE or equivalent).
Knowledge of network topology, firewalls, routers and wired/wireless infrastructures.
Experience with Microsoft SharePoint administration.
Experience with Imprivata setup and configurations.
Experience with medical/dental EMR/practice management systems.
Bachelor’s degree.

Responsibilities

Manage existing technology solutions to ensure optimal performance, availability and patching.
Develop current state documentation and knowledge base articles; maintain system documentation and logs.
Follow Change Management; participate in on-call rotation.
Install and maintain servers and operating systems; monitor resources and capacity.
Provide leadership and collaboration; advise on system security.
Write scripts to automate admin tasks; fix performance problems.
Conduct vulnerability assessments and security incident response.
