Job summary

IBC Bank is seeking a System Administrator to maintain and support our enterprise IT infrastructure. The role covers server OS, Active Directory, data center hardware, and backup systems, with after-hours support as needed.

You will work with engineers to monitor and maintain virtualization platforms (VMware, Citrix, Hyper-V, Nutanix) and MS Exchange/O365 services, ensuring reliable operations and quick issue resolution.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree in IT or 5 years IT systems administration experience.
• Windows Server 2012/2016/2019 and desktop Win7/10 knowledge.
• Active Directory/Azure AD and Office 365 administration experience.
• Ability to interpret system logs, alerts, and scripts.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, configure and operate computer systems, servers and virtualization.
• Install and upgrade components, manage virtual servers and automation processes.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software errors; document problems and resolutions.
• Provide escalation support for Service Desk and desktop support.
• Support system backups, disaster recovery and failover procedures.
• Communicate technical concerns effectively with peers and management.
