Job summary

Belmont Medical Technologies is seeking a Systems Administrator I to provide frontline desktop and helpdesk support for Windows laptops, printers, and collaboration tools. You will manage endpoint provisioning, onboarding, and asset records while ensuring secure, reliable user experiences.

Based in the United States and supporting US/UK/Germany operations, you will work with IT and external partners, document procedures, and assist with endpoint management tasks using Microsoft 365, Entra ID,

Qualifications

• Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in information technology, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Three or more years of desktop, helpdesk, technical support, or endpoint-administration experience.
• Hands‑on experience supporting Windows 11, Microsoft 365, Entra ID or Azure AD, Intune or comparable endpoint-management tools, Teams, printers, and common collaboration technologies.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support by phone, remote session, and in person for Windows laptops, mobile devices, peripherals, printers, conferencing equipment, and standard business applications.
• Own routine helpdesk ticket intake, triage, communication, resolution, and documentation in line with established service expectations; escalations as needed.
• Support Microsoft 365 applications, Teams, Outlook, OneDrive, SharePoint, remote access, printing, and common collaboration tools.
• Troubleshoot basic Ethernet, Wi-Fi, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN connectivity issues and complete initial checks of network connections before escalating infrastructure issues.
• Provide professional, patient support for all employees, including executive support when needed, while maintaining clear communication on status and next steps.
