Alliance Animal Health is seeking a Systems Administrator to join a growing IT team supporting 250+ hospitals across the United States. This hands-on role focuses on end-user support, Microsoft 365 administration, device management, and infrastructure coordination with MSP partners and vendors.

The ideal candidate will have strong troubleshooting skills, experience with Microsoft 365, Entra ID, and a passion for delivering excellent customer service in a multi-site healthcare environment.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 1–3 years of professional IT support, help desk, systems administration, or technical support experience.
• Experience administering Microsoft 365 environments.
• Experience supporting Entra ID, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, and Intune.

• End User Support: Tier 1–2 help desk for hospitals and corporate teams; troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity; multi-channel support.
• Microsoft 365 Administration: manage users, licenses, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Entra ID; security and compliance tasks.
• Endpoint & Device Management: deploy and support laptops/tablets; maintain endpoint security; Windows and macOS support.
• Infrastructure Support: troubleshoot network issues; VPNs, firewalls, switches, wireless access points; coordinate with MSPs.
• Practice Technology Support: manage printers, credit card terminals, imaging systems, PM software, and clinical workstations.
• Vendor Coordination: work with vendors; track cases; assist with installations, upgrades, and integrations.
