Manage engineer on-call lists and handle phone calls.**ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES**60% - Maintain permission assignments to applications and services for all employees.25% - Coordinate incident response based on monitoring alerts & user-reported issues.5% - Manage monitoring tools. 5% - Maintain patches for Windows and Linux servers. 5% - Maintain documentation of infrastructure and services.**QUALIFICATIONS AND CREDENTIALS**1-3 years of experience in IT or equivalent training. CompTIA Network+/Security+ / MCSA/RHCSA / LPI Linux Essentials. Experience with monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, Elasticsearch).Completed a degree in IT or Computer Science-related field.
