Monitors performance levels, conducts capacity planning studies, maintains current software release levels of assigned technical infrastructure and makes adjustments as necessary. Assists in logical and physical systems design and controls. Provides advanced technical expertise in support of Information Systems staff and projects. Responds to and resolves technical systems problems whenever they occur.The ideal candidate possesses strong networking knowledge and experience with enterprise firewall platforms. Responsibilities include the maintenance and optimization of the organization’s network infrastructure with a primary focus on firewall management.
